伊布利特也是美国FDA第1个批准的静脉应用治疗房扑、房颤的药物，临床研究表明伊布利特起效快，在10 min内快速静脉滴注伊布利特0.03 mg/kg时或在8 h内缓慢静脉滴注0.1 mg/kg时，可使QTc时间延长38％～43％[5]。QTc延长的幅度与伊布利特的血浆浓度成正相关。对心率、血压及其他血流动力学指标无明显影响。伊布利特无明显负性肌力作用。但临床还是很少用。(2007-4-2 12:28:13)
